+ Andrew M. Thomas (Drew) has been a Residential Real Estate Appraiser since August 2007. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been appraising residential real estate in Kern County since 2004. +Jody Johnston, Residential Appraiser. Jody has been with the company since 2015. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser and has been appraising residential real estate in Kern County since 2003.
+ Rachel Unger, Commercial Appraiser. Rachel Unger has been with the company since 2004. She is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
+ Lori Suburu, Appraisal Assistant. Lori originally started working with the company in 1999 as an administrative assistant. After pursuing a career as a realtor Lori returned to the company in 2012 and leads the preparation of the residential department’s appraisal reports.
+ Karena Cabrera, Appraisal Assistant to Michael Burger. Karena began working with the company in early 2014. She assists Michael Burger with the preparation of appraisal reports.
+ Nick Carter, Report Generation Lead and Administrative Assistant. Nick has been with the company since 2018. He provides appraisal support and is responsible for report generation and delivery as well as data and comp research.
+Erin Hagenston, Office Manager. Erin has been with the company since 2016. She manages all office operations while assisting Michael Burger with project management.
+Karla Caro, Receptionist and Front Office Coordinator. Karla has been with the company since mid-2017. She handles all reception duties as well as coordinates all front office correspondence and job management.
